What should I do if I lose my code?

We do not allow vehicle storage at this time.

What do I need to rent a storage space?
valid driver's license
current proof of insurance on stored unit
current registration on stored unit
ability to pay monthly or annual payment

What should I do when storing my RV/Boat for the winter?
We always recommend you winterize your RV/boat for the cold winter months.

What happens if my RV/boat is damaged or stolen?
We are not responsible for stolen or Damaged property. As per our lease agreement, we highly recommend having a hitch lock and gps tracking tags or other security precautions. (Tire lock, etc)

Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit required.

I missed my payment. What will happen now?
If your payment is late, you have a 5-day grace period. Late fees will be charged on the 5th day past your due date. If you are 5 days past due, you will be denied access to your unit until you pay your current balance.

Can I access my RV or Boat any time of Day?
No, please refer to your specific rental agreement for operating hours.

Do you offer covered spaces?
Not at the moment. Phase two of our facility build-out will include covered parking.

Is your entrance/exit on a busy street?
No.
